PastPoop7/23/2003-Zen PhotoshopingI'm not terribly sure what to write about but I guess it can't hurt to talk about photoshoping a little. The art of zen photoshoping and feeling the pixels.When I photoshop I try to feel out the pictures. I try to see where the picture wants to go. Unfortunately alot of pictures will start out with a great premise and then you lose it. You lose what the picture wants to be. You can't just put a moose dong on a guys chin and call it good. You have to create the image in such a way that it never gets old. Thats what I strive for. I think as far as the picture never getting old the poopy paper and the Christina Aguilera pic failed miserably. Shocking at first but it wears off. The flaming head and muscleman are bit more subtle and they are aesthetically pleasing to look at with out them getting old.  Unfortunately with the pic above I failed. A baby with troll hair coming out of dudes forehead is an interesting idea, but it just didn't work. I even added horns and a tongue thinking that it might help. It didn't. The picture is an incomplete thought. I will finish it eventually but I don't know how long that will take.  This is another picture I believe I failed with. This boy scout is neither funny or aesthetically pleasing. That sucks. I used it anyways in the original post it appeared in and this one to take up space. Cus I'm friggin lazy. I guess you just gotta get into the right mind set in order to get it right. Gotta reach that inner self that can see the finished picture and guide you to that goal. It's hard to reach that point. The best way is to simply get lost in the project. Thats my feelin on that any ways. Well it was short but that was the point.
